What do we offer?
The product provides the customer with the ease of accessing a network of assistance and services to solve an emergency in which they may find themselves, mainly medical emergencies; as well as the use of our international concierge service which has highly trained and prepared personnel to be able to make important decisions and provide the best possible customer service.
The services and products developed and marketed by We Assist™ are operated by International Logistic Solutions represented in the United States of America by International Logistic Solution, LLC with address 2893 Executive Park Drive Suite 201 Weston, FL 33331. Said services will only be provided when requested, without exception, at the time of any event.
Our services are not intended for sanitation or definitive treatment, but to remedy unforeseen situations during the trips made by the beneficiary holder abroad or nationally according to the contracted product. The holder must be a legal and habitual resident in the country in which the voucher is issued and in which the trip must originate, except for incoming tourists. From the first assistance or service provided, the holder must always contact the Assistance Center again as many times as assistance is required to obtain authorization for new benefits or services, even if they originate from the cause of the first event.
